This online Nursery Leader Availability Form is not an application. It is only used to determine where your ministry can be maximized in the nursery. All nursery leaders are required to fill out a hard copy children's ministry leader application form. If you haven't yet done so, you can locate one in the wall rack by the children's ministry welcome desk.
