Student Ministries Pastor - Patrick McGoldrick
Patrick was born and reared in San Jose, California. However, before his junior year of high school, he moved in with relatives in Sharon, Pennsylvania. This across-the-country move led to his salvation and the decision to attend Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies in 1988, and immediately began seminary at the same location. After a year-long internship in Elkhart, IN, Patrick earned his Masters of Divinity in 1992.
Patrick has served as youth pastor for over fifteen years in Kentucky, Illinois and now at Cornerstone, where he's been since January of 2000. He loves the local church and desires to help students impact their world for Christ. His favorite “free-time” activities are spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and doing anything related to golf!
Patrick and his wife, Dena, have been married since 1989. Dena also graduated from Baptist Bible College with an Elementary Education degree. Her heart’s desire has always been to be in full-time ministry. She loves high school students and each year teaches the Freshmen girls Bible Study. Dena is a substitute teacher and enjoys photography and scrapbooking. Patrick and Dena have two high-school aged children, Paige and Parker.
